About the Workbook
Dream, Plan, Do is a monthly printable workbook designed to help upper elementary students develop real-world executive functioning skills—like time management, goal-setting, and self-reflection—through creative, structured practice.Inspired by the Agile framework and Atomic Habits, each issue invites kids to work through activities that strengthen independence, creativity, and resilience.
Students journey through The Focus Friends’ Academy, a playful world of imagination and purpose where each “wing” of the school teaches a new skill set:

Each month features:
